1. What is a yantra?
A yantra is a sacred geometric diagram used for meditation, focus, and attracting positive energy. The Shree Yantra is considered the most powerful—it represents the cosmic union of divine feminine and masculine energies.

2. How do I download my files?
After purchase, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your files from your Shopify account under “Orders.” All files are in PDF format and come in a ZIP folder.

3. What sizes are included?
Each yantra includes three print-ready sizes: 5x7 inches, 8.5x11 inches (letter), and 12x12 inches. All files are 300 DPI for crisp, professional printing.

4. Do I need special paper?
Standard matte or premium photo paper works beautifully. For yantras placed in a pooja room, many customers prefer matte paper to reduce glare.

5. How do I frame it?
Any standard frame will work for the included sizes. Some customers choose to frame without glass for yantras used in daily worship, but glass is fine for wall art.

6. Where should I place my Shree Yantra?
According to Vastu, the best placements are east (facing west), north-east, or north. Avoid bathrooms, kitchens, and bedrooms (unless facing north for wealth). A detailed placement guide is included with your download.

7. Do I need to activate it?
Activation (pran pratishtha) is recommended for maximum benefit. Your download includes a simple step-by-step guide with mantras and instructions.

8. Can I use it if I’m not Hindu?
Yes! The Shree Yantra works through cosmic energy and geometry. People of all backgrounds use it for meditation, home decor, and attracting positivity.

9. What’s your refund policy?
Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally don’t offer refunds. However, if you have trouble with your download, please contact us and we’ll help immediately.

10. Can I sell prints of your designs?
These files are for personal use only. Commercial resale, redistribution, or printing for sale is not permitted. If you’re interested in licensing, please reach out.
